This equipment is comprised of an extruder, cylinder, and screw rods made from high-grade alloy steel, which has undergone precision nitriding to enhance hardness and provide exceptional corrosion resistance. The specially designed screw significantly optimizes the plasticizing process, resulting in increased production efficiency. This machinery is predominantly utilized in the production of plastic films, specifically LDPE and HDPE, for applications such as food packaging, textiles, garbage bags, and handled bags.
