Central Drum Flexo Printing Machine
The Central Drum Flexo Printing Machine features a prominent central roller that ensures precise color registration by supporting the substrate, thereby eliminating the necessity for a pressure roller between color applications. Its interchangeable mechanical components are designed for easy access, exhibit minimal wear, and facilitate straightforward maintenance. Moreover, the machine is equipped with a specialized electric heating box that ensures safe and accurate temperature control during the drying process.
Employing the ink knife technique, the machine includes a development-type scraper that can be installed effortlessly without the use of tools. The transmission system operates through a hardened, high-precision geared motor that is fitted with multiple convenience buttons. Additionally, the receiving transmission is powered by a compact geared motor and a magnetic powder clutch, which ensures stable tension through PLC control. The specifications for the plate roll indicate a repeat length of 5MM.
