The Single-Color Drinking Straw Machine manufactures transparent, mono-colored drinking straws utilizing polypropylene (PP) and masterbatch as its main components. The production process includes several phases: melting, extrusion, shaping, cooling, pulling, and cutting. This machinery comprises the main body, tooling, a water cooling system, and a cutting device.

Quality Assurance:
The operation is characterized by smoothness and quietness, achieved through precision-ground and hardened gears and bearings. The screw and barrel, constructed from Aluminum Chromolybdenum alloy steel, undergo stress relief treatment to improve their longevity. The die is subjected to nitrogen hardening to prolong its service life. Both the water tank and the cutting machine’s surface are fabricated from #304 stainless steel. The screw of the main extruder is specifically designed to suit the plastic material being utilized.
