Double Colors Blown Film Extrusion employs a film blowing machine to produce high-quality films by combining two colors of low-density polyethylene (LDPE) and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) using dual extruders. The ABA blown film extrusion process enables the amalgamation of these two colors at the die head, resulting in a film with two layers. This method is commonly utilized to manufacture products such as table cover films, two-color T-shirt bags, and various other items. The system comprises one extruder, two gearboxes, and two motors, along with a single mold for creating the dual-color film. Furthermore, an inverter is integrated to regulate machine speed, thereby improving energy efficiency.
