The Four Side Plastic Bag Making Machine is designed to manufacture middle sealing bags, four side bags, and edge sealing bags.

This machinery operates via a centralized PLC control system, enhancing human-machine interaction and ensuring reliable performance alongside straightforward operation and maintenance. Users can effortlessly toggle between Chinese and English language interfaces.

It incorporates a constant automatic tension control system for unwinding, an EPC edge position controller, and an AC inverter that maintains speed consistency during the automatic feeding of materials. The apparatus employs an imported double servo-motor for controlling material movement.

The main motor, which is responsible for the sealing and pressing actions, is equipped with an inverter. A PID control system governs the temperature of the sealing bars, utilizing non-contact automatic controls and centralized settings that are accessible through the man-machine interface.
